Adds a zing to sandwiches and toasties, just spread on the relish before serving.  It tastes amazing, especially with sausage or bacon sambos.

Can be enjoyed served with warm breads, it is a wonderful addition to a charcuterie board with loads of tangy, sweet flavour.

Use it to spoon over grilled chicken or pork, or in place of ketchup over your grilled burgers.   Also great with hot dogs, use it as you would a condiment.

Serve on crackers with cream cheese as an appetizer
